Oncologists Interested in Improving Access to Cancer Care Encouraged to Apply

Are you an oncologist who is passionate about educating fellow providers? We invite you to apply to join the Binaytara Foundation Education Academy! Members will be involved in the planning and implementation of the educational activities of the Foundation, including Hematology/Oncology meetings, the International Journal of Cancer Care & Delivery (IJCCD), and the educational game. Our Education Academy Chairs, Drs. Sid Yadav and Sri Tantravahi, have formed the following subcommittees:

• Breast Cancer
• GI Cancer
• Thoracic Cancer
• GU Cancer
• GYN Cancer
• Hematological Malignancies
• General Oncology
• Tumor Board
• Residents and Fellows

Terms and responsibilities:

1. The commitment will be a one-year term
2. Education academy meetings will occur every three months. Members are expected to attend at least 50% of the meetings
3. Each subcommittee will be expected to submit at least one article to the IJCCD each year
